Cancellation & No-Show Policy At The SculptingArt Day Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 100% service charge, depending on timing. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Membership Clients Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your monthly membership benefits. Repeated missed appointments may result in membership review or termination. We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.
